Description: “Once” is an interactive virtual reality narration film based on post-war experience, which is set after a continuous war period between two countries. Through the three innovative points, we create this VR narrative film, which tells common people's experience after the war as clues to express the trauma it brings.

Liu Zixiao is an undergraduate student from Beihang University, School of Media Art and Design, majoring in digital media art and minoring the economics. Her research direction is about virtual reality.

My name is Lutong Li. I'm a student major in digital media in the School of New Media Art and Design of Beihang University. I'm now living in Beijing.

Shuo Yan received her PhD in Beijing Institute of Technology. She used to work as a research assistant in MIT Media Lab. Currently, she is an Associate Professor in the School of New Media Arts & Design, Beihang University, Beijing, China. Her grants, awards, and publications include over 15 scientific papers, two national funds, two patents, a national excellent doctoral dissertation award supported by China Simulation Federation, a national award for distinguished doctorates in China. Her work seeks to push the boundaries of design and technology to create innovative solutions with the power to augment human capabilities.
