General Policies

  • If you lose your badge, you must obtain a new badge at the published onsite rates. Lost badges cannot be reprinted even if you show us your official confirmation letter and receipt.
  • SIGGRAPH Asia 2021 conference documentation will not be shipped, nor will refunds be given for any material not picked up at the Registration Counter. If you are interested in the content, feel free to reach out to the contributor or visit the ACM Digital Library after the event, where content will be made available.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the events beyond the control of the Organizer.

Conference & Exhibition Policies

  • Please be aware that parts of the Conference may contain adult content, graphic images, or violence.
  • We encourage all attendees to purchase their tickets through our online registration portal and complete their payment via credit card, to reduce the potential crowding at the venue. For attendees who have purchased an in-person ticket (Full Access, Onsite Experience, Onsite Student Access), you will be able to collect your badges at the Pre-Registered counters onsite.
  • On-site access to the Computer Animation Festival – Electronic Theater is available to Full Access, Onsite Student Access and Onsite Experience ticket holders, seats are allocated on first come first serve basis. As seats are limited, we encourage attendees to arrive early before the session.
  • There are no age-based restrictions to attend the in-person Conference.
    • To attend the conference onsite at Tokyo International Forum, children aged 12 and under, must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. They will not be required to purchase a registration ticket.
    • Children aged 13 to 17 will be required to register and purchase a registration ticket to attend the conference. They may consider purchasing a ‘Onsite Student Access’ available during the conference and exhibition days, upon presentation of a valid student identification pass.
