Description: DroneStick is a novel hands-free method for smooth interaction between a human and a robotic system via one of its agents. A flying joystick (DroneStick) being a part of a multi-robot system is composed of a flying drone and coiled wire with a vibration motor.

Evgeny Tsykunov received the Ph.D. degree in Engineering Systems from the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Moscow, Russian Federation, in 2021. His research interests include swarm of drones, haptics, and computer vision.

Aleksey Fedoseev received the M.Sс. degree in Space and Engineering Systems from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Moscow, Russia, in 2020. In addition, he completed a personnel exchange Monodukuri Engineer Human Resource Program in Kindai University, Japan. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in the Intelligent Space Robotics Laboratory, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. His research interests include human-robot interaction and haptic devices.

Ekaterina Dorzhieva is currently a MS student in the Department of Space and Engineering Systems, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech). She received the Bachelor Degree in Automation Engineering from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2020. Ekaterina's research interests include robotics, haptics, and swarm of drones.

Ruslan Agishev is currently a researcher at Czech Technical University in Prague. He received the M.Sc. degree from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) in 2020. His research interests include drone control, mobile robotics, path planning, and collision avoidance.

Roman Ibrahimov is currently a PhD student at Purdue University. He received the M.Sc. degree from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) in 2020. His research interests include multi-agent systems, flying robots, and Machine Learning.

Derek Vasquez is a Ph.D. student in mechanical engineering at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He received a B.S. (2020) in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University. Derek is interested in robotics, control, and biologically inspired design, and he is currently researching mode transitions for multi-modal legged robots.

Luiza Labazanova is currently a PhD student at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received the M.Sc. degree from Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) in 2019. Her research interest includes swarm of drones, soft robotics, and haptics.

Dzmitry Tsetserukou received the Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, he was a JSPS Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Tokyo. He worked as Assistant Professor at the Electronics-Inspired Interdisciplinary Research Institute, Toyohashi University of Technology from 2010 to 2014. He is currently working as Associate Professor at Skoltech. He received such prestigious Awards as Best Demonstration Award (Honorable Mentions, ACM SIGGRAPH Asia 2019), Best Demonstration Award (Bronze Prize AsiaHaptics 2018), Laval Virtual Awards (ACM SIGGRAPH 2016), and a Best Paper Award (ACM Augmented Human 2010).
